U.S. research-peptide distributor

An order desk that got pricing out of the owner's head.

Orders arrived by text. Pricing lived in the owner's head. Invoices were typed by hand, and nobody could say what was actually in stock.

We built a full order-to-invoice platform: a 100+ SKU catalog with quantity-tier price bands and per-buyer overrides, a login-gated buyer portal with typed-name e-sign consent, automatic branded PDF invoices, and an inventory ledger that deducts on shipment and flags oversells. The owner watches revenue from a phone-first dashboard.

U.S. multi-entity pharmacy & wellness group

We don't send sales decks. We sent a working portal.

A group serving resellers and clinics under one roof — every account with its own pricing, every order through an approval chain.

Instead of a proposal deck, we shipped a working white-label portal: a three-level account tree (master → reseller → clinic) with cascading price multipliers, an approvals queue, per-account pricing matrices, inventory allocation, and a five-state order pipeline with PDF invoices. The clickable portal was the proposal — it won a five-figure engagement.

U.S. peptide manufacturer

A factory ERP the floor actually uses.

A mid-size lyophilization facility had outgrown its tooling: purchase orders, QC, production and shipping lived in disconnected sheets.

We built the spine: PO → receiving → QC → production with FEFO lot picking and variance tracking → graded finished-goods inventory → shipment with packing slips. Every money-path is covered by automated tests, and the system ran in parallel with the legacy stack before cutover — the business never stopped. Alongside it, an order console replaced a 25-tab spreadsheet: ~80 customers, 900+ products and 200+ orders migrated, live inside a day.

A storefront Stripe would never touch.

Research compounds can't be sold like t-shirts: mainstream processors prohibit the category, and the catalog itself can't be public.

We shipped a gated headless storefront — nothing visible before login, researcher accounts with verified access, a 30+ product catalog with dose variants, live crypto checkout, and branded invoice emails. Before launch we ran a structured security review and closed 40 findings. It runs quietly, exactly as this category demands.

Pharma-ingredient trading desk

A price book that went to the trade-show floor.

A trading operation quoting raw ingredients across borders was working from memory and old threads.

We built a mobile-first trade desk: a live deal board, quote builder, RFQ-and-compare, and one-tap issue of quotes, proforma invoices and POs — seeded with 160+ products and $3.8M+ of parsed order history. Its sibling, a sourcing app with cheapest-supplier ranking across 100+ SKUs, was used live on the floor at an overseas pharma trade show — offline-first, because convention-hall wifi is a rumor.
