Brand and website · Florida

The brand and the website, from the team that builds the software.

Futurise designs the brand identity and builds the website for Florida product businesses as the support line around their software — so the site, the ordering portal and the invoice all agree with each other. It is not a branding agency. It is one studio, brand to backend.

US phone line · Any time, day or night — you'll talk to Shivam, who builds it.

Futurise is a remote studio with a US line, +1 (954) 469-9764, answered at any hour. We have no Florida office and don't pretend to; we meet in Florida for the projects that call for it.

See it first, on fictional data: orders.futurise.studio is a wholesale ordering portal and factory.futurise.studio a production tracker.

A distributor's website has one real job in Florida: convince a buyer at a restaurant group, a clinic or a marina that this is a serious supplier, and get them to the price list or the phone. A manufacturer's has another: prove the capability to a brand looking for a co-packer. Most do neither, because they were built as brochures by a team that never saw the operation behind them.

We build the website and the identity from the same seat as the software. The portal login is on the site because we built the portal. The line card is accurate because we built the item file it comes from. The brand is consistent across the site, the labels and the invoice because one team touched all three.

This is deliberately the support line, not the lead. If you only need a logo, there are agencies for that. If you need the business to look like what it can actually deliver, that is what this page is for.

On the ground

What's actually different here.

Florida's wholesalers and manufacturers are overwhelmingly small: 19,200 of 30,723 wholesale establishments and 7,226 of 14,341 manufacturing establishments have fewer than five employees — businesses whose website is usually the only marketing they have. US Census Bureau, County Business Patterns, 2023

The seven industries on this site together account for thousands of Florida establishments — 2,937 grocery wholesalers, 1,572 construction-materials wholesalers, 1,177 medical-supply wholesalers, 611 sporting and marine goods wholesalers, 89 cosmetics manufacturers. Where it breaks

The four things we keep finding.

01

The brochure site

Beautiful, three years old, no way for a customer to see a price or place an order. Buyers phone instead — which is the problem the software was meant to fix.

02

Three brands in one building

The website says one thing, the labels another, the invoice a third. It reads as three companies.

03

The typed logo

A wordmark set in a system font because the artwork was never handed over. Every piece since has drifted.

04

The site nobody can update

New items, new certifications, a new line — and the agency that built it has moved on.

What we build

One slice first, then the next.

Brand identity

Naming, identity, packaging and the brand book — with the artwork, tokens and rules handed over so the next piece stays on-brand.

Websites

Next.js or WordPress and WooCommerce, written and built by the same team, with the portal and the line card where a buyer expects them.

The system behind both

One set of colors, type and components used by the site, the portal and the invoice, so nothing drifts.

Pricing

Every build is custom. Priced before we start.

Every build is custom. You get a fixed price in writing after a 20-minute call, before any work starts. Most first builds go live in two to four weeks, and 30 days of care after launch are included.

The price

Custom to your scope and fixed in writing after a 20-minute call, before any work starts. There's no price list.

The clock

Most first builds go live in two to four weeks, counted from the day your data arrives in the agreed format, not from signature.

After launch

30 days of care are included. After that, care is optional, month to month, and only once your team uses it daily.

How it works

Training is part of the build, not an extra.

Call

Call, or book 20 minutes

You talk to Shivam, who builds it, any time, day or night. We ask how orders reach you today and where they get re-typed. If software isn't the answer, we'll say so.

Scope

One slice, one fixed price

We agree the slice, one named contact on your side, and a fixed price in writing, before any work starts.

Build

Two to four weeks

For most first builds. The clock starts when your data arrives in the agreed format, not at signature. One read-only path in from what you already run.

Launch

Trained, then supported

A screen-share walkthrough, training for your office (we do it ourselves), then 30 days of care.

Straight answers

The questions, answered up front.

Do you do branding on its own?

Yes, though it is our support line, not our lead. Brand identity — naming, identity, packaging, the brand book — is a fixed-scope piece we do well and hand over completely. If a logo is all you need, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.

Can the website connect to our ordering portal?

That is the point of doing both from one team. The portal login, the line card and the price-list request live on the site; the site and the portal share one identity; and updating an item in one place updates it in the other where that makes sense.

What does it cost?

There is no price list, because there is no standard build. You get a fixed price in writing after a 20-minute call, before any work starts, covering exactly the scope you agree to. Most first builds go live in two to four weeks, training is part of the build, and 30 days of care after launch are included. To get your number, call +1 (954) 469-9764 or book at futurise.studio/book.

Do you have an office in Florida?

No, and we won't pretend to. Futurise is a remote studio with a US line answered at any hour, and we meet in Florida for the projects that call for it. Every build includes a live link from the first week, a screen-share walkthrough and training for your office, so distance has never been the thing that decides whether a project works.
