Contract manufacturing is a service business that happens to make things. The product is the customer's; the job is yours; and the money is made or lost in the gaps between quote, sample, approval, run, release and ship. Those gaps are where the email threads live, and the email threads are where the delays hide.
We build the screen that holds a job from quote to ship, with the customer's approvals inside it: the sample they signed off, the artwork version they accepted, the run they released. Each step is a draft until a named person on either side approves it, and the record keeps the name and the date. The customer gets their own view of their jobs, which ends the "where is my order" call.
It runs alongside the accounting you keep. It does not replace an ERP, and if one already runs your plant well, we will say so on the call.

Can our customers approve things in the system instead of by email?
Yes — that is usually the whole point of the first build. Each customer gets a login to their own jobs, approves samples, artwork and runs there, and the approval keeps their name and the date. The email thread stops being the system of record.
Do we have to replace our ERP or MRP?
No. The operational layer — job status, approvals, the customer view — reads from what you run today and writes into it where that is safe. Replacing an ERP to get a status board is how a six-week project becomes an eighteen-month one.
Can we see it before we call?
