South Florida's construction trade runs on distributors whose customer is a contractor with a job, a deadline and a credit line — and, in storm season, a county's worth of contractors calling the same week. The counter absorbs quotes, releases, partials, returns and deliveries to sites without addresses, mostly on paper and in the head of the person who knows every contractor by truck.
We build the desk that holds the job: the quote, the releases against it, the credit check at entry rather than at the dock, the delivery with a site contact and a window.
