Miami is an import-and-distribute economy. Product lands at the port or the airport, moves into a warehouse in Doral or Medley, and leaves for a restaurant, a clinic, a boatyard or a store — and much of it also leaves the country again. That makes Miami distributors different in two ways that software has to respect: the paperwork is heavier, and the customer is often bilingual and ordering by WhatsApp photo at 11pm.
