Doral and Medley are where Miami's import-and-distribute economy is physically kept: warehouses within a mile of the airport, customs brokers on the same streets as the grocery wholesalers they clear for, and a customer base that orders in two languages at all hours. The paperwork is heavier than anywhere else in the state, and the order desk carries it by hand.
