What it covers
What a B2B customer portal covers.
Built around your price lists and your order desk, so the portal and the phone feed the same queue.
Their prices, their reorders
Each account sees its own price list and reorders from its past orders in a few taps.
Invoices and tracking
Every order with its status, invoice and tracking number, without a call to your office.
Rep and phone orders, same queue
Reps order for their accounts; phone and email orders are typed once by your desk. One queue.
Email orders read for you
Orders that still come by email or PDF are read and drafted. A person approves.
Stock the portal can promise
Accounts see what’s available, and short items are flagged before they order.
Connected to QuickBooks and Shopify
Orders become invoices in QuickBooks Online. A Shopify store can feed the same queue.
It connects to what you already use: your inbox, your spreadsheets, Shopify, and QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s public API.
QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.

Who it’s for
Is this a fit?
A good fit
Distributors and manufacturers with repeat accounts that still order by phone and email, and a desk that re-types every line.
Not a fit
If you sell one-off to consumers, a Shopify store is the right tool. If you already run a portal inside your ERP and it works, keep it.
The big distributors have already moved: US Foods told investors in August 2025 that 78% of its independent-restaurant orders come through e-commerce. Your accounts expect the same from you. (US Foods, Q2 fiscal 2025 earnings call, 7 August 2025)
How a build goes
One piece at a time.
Each piece has a fixed price in writing before we start. You talk to the person who builds it, from the first call to launch.
- 1
A 20-minute call.
Tell us where the time goes. If software isn’t the answer, we’ll say so.
- 2
We map one process.
The one that costs you the most time, written down with you, with a fixed price before any work starts.
- 3
We build it, and you use it as we go.
You see it working at a live link from the first week. The first piece goes live in two to four weeks from the day we have your data.
- 4
We train your team and stay on call.
Thirty days of support are included. After that, monthly care is optional.
What you get
What every build includes.
A fixed price in writing
You get it after the first call, before any work starts. If you ask for more along the way, we price it before we build it.
Your code, your data
The code, the data and the accounts are in your name from day one. If we ever part ways, everything keeps working.
Training for your team
We train your team ourselves, on your own data, before you switch over.
Thirty days of support
Included after launch. After that, monthly care is optional.
Questions
What owners ask us.
What’s the difference between a B2B customer portal and a Shopify store?
A store sells one price to everyone and asks for a card. A B2B portal shows each account its own prices and terms, lets it reorder from history, and puts the order on account. Many of our clients run both: Shopify for new buyers, the portal for accounts.
Can accounts see their own prices?
Yes. Price levels, contract prices and one-off overrides, per account, with quantity breaks where you use them.
Does it work with QuickBooks Online?
Yes, through Intuit’s public API. Customers and prices can come from it, and invoices go back. Your accounting stays where it is.
What about orders that still come by email and phone?
They land in the same queue. Email and PDF orders are read and drafted automatically, and a person approves. Phone orders are typed once.
How long does it take?
The first working piece goes live in two to four weeks from the day we have your data. Bigger systems grow one piece at a time.
What does it cost?
Every build is custom. You get a fixed price in writing after the first call, before any work starts, and a price for each piece before we build it.
QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.
Tell us how your accounts order today.
Twenty minutes with the person who builds it. You’ll leave knowing what we’d build first, or that you don’t need us.
