Custom CRM

A CRM built for
how your reps
sell.

Built around how your reps actually sell: accounts, prices, last orders and what’s due, connected to your orders and accounting.

  • Live in weeks
  • Fixed price in writing
  • You own the code

Any time, day or night. You’ll talk to the person who builds. · Updated 7 October 2026

What it covers

What a custom CRM covers.

Built from the order history and the price list, not from a contact list. That’s why reps keep using it.

Accounts and contacts

Every account with its contacts, price level, terms, open orders and balance, on one screen.

Quotes from the real price list

Drafted from the account’s own prices and last orders, sent in the format the buyer already gets, turned into an order in one click.

Rep tools on a phone

Reps see their accounts, place orders and log a visit from the truck. No separate app for ordering.

Who went quiet

Accounts that stopped ordering, quotes with no answer, and payments due, listed first on Monday.

Follow-ups drafted for you

Reminders and follow-up notes drafted from the order history. A person sends them.

Connected to what you run

Orders and invoices flow to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s API. Your inbox and spreadsheets stay.

It connects to what you already use: your inbox, your spreadsheets, Shopify, and QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s public API.

Who it’s for

Is this a fit?

A good fit

Distributors and manufacturers whose reps sell to repeat accounts, where the problem is prices, reorders and follow-ups, not a marketing funnel.

Not a fit

If you need marketing automation and pipeline reports for a large sales team, HubSpot or Salesforce already do that well. We’ll say so on the first call.

How a build goes

One piece at a time.

Each piece has a fixed price in writing before we start. You talk to the person who builds it, from the first call to launch.

  1. 1

    A 20-minute call.

Tell us where the time goes. If software isn’t the answer, we’ll say so.

  2. 2

    We map one process.

The one that costs you the most time, written down with you, with a fixed price before any work starts.

  3. 3

We build it, and you use it as we go.

You see it working at a live link from the first week. The first piece goes live in two to four weeks from the day we have your data.

  4. 4

We train your team and stay on call.

Thirty days of support are included. After that, monthly care is optional.

What you get

What every build includes.

A fixed price in writing

You get it after the first call, before any work starts. If you ask for more along the way, we price it before we build it.

Your code, your data

The code, the data and the accounts are in your name from day one. If we ever part ways, everything keeps working.

Training for your team

We train your team ourselves, on your own data, before you switch over.

Thirty days of support

Included after launch. After that, monthly care is optional.

Questions

What owners ask us.

Why do custom CRMs fail at distributors?

Because they’re built like a generic CRM: a list of contacts with notes, disconnected from orders and prices, so reps stop updating it. A CRM for a distributor has to start from the order history and the price list. Ours does, and it stays current because the orders keep it current.

Can it replace HubSpot or Salesforce?

For a distributor whose work is repeat accounts, usually yes, and it’s simpler. If you rely on marketing automation or a large pipeline, keep them, and we build the order-side pieces they don’t do.

Does it work with QuickBooks Online?

Yes, through Intuit’s public API. We confirm on the first call what should connect. Your accounting stays where it is.

Can reps use it on a phone?

Yes. Accounts, orders and visit notes work on a phone, in the warehouse and on the road.

How long does it take?

The first working piece goes live in two to four weeks from the day we have your data. Bigger systems grow one piece at a time.

What does it cost?

Every build is custom. You get a fixed price in writing after the first call, before any work starts, and a price for each piece before we build it.

Twenty minutes with the person who builds it. You’ll leave knowing what we’d build first, or that you don’t need a CRM at all.
