What it covers
What a custom ERP covers.
Most businesses start with orders and grow from there. Each piece works on its own and with the others.
Orders in one place
Portal, email, phone and rep orders land in one queue, priced from each account’s own list.
Inventory with lots
What’s on hand, on order and running low, with lot and expiry where it matters. Counts from a phone.
Production tracking
What’s being made, what’s waiting for a check, and what’s on hold, with the batch for every run.
Shipping and dispatch
What ships today, what’s packed, and what’s waiting on stock, with the carrier and tracking on the order.
Invoicing that matches
Invoices raised from the shipped order and synced to QuickBooks Online, so nothing is typed twice.
Reports as it happens
Sales, open orders, stock and payments on one screen, instead of a spreadsheet rebuilt every Monday.
It connects to what you already use: your inbox, your spreadsheets, Shopify, and QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s public API.
QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.

Our clients’ systems are private, so we built two full demos on sample data. They’re live, not screenshots.
Who it’s for
Is this a fit?
A good fit
Manufacturers and distributors of roughly 5 to 200 people, running on spreadsheets, email and QuickBooks, who have outgrown them but don’t want a full ERP rollout.
Not a fit
If you need one system across several plants with full financials, NetSuite, Acumatica or Epicor is the right call. We’ll tell you so on the first call.
How a build goes
One piece at a time.
Each piece has a fixed price in writing before we start. You talk to the person who builds it, from the first call to launch.
- 1
A 20-minute call.
Tell us where the time goes. If software isn’t the answer, we’ll say so.
- 2
We map one process.
The one that costs you the most time, written down with you, with a fixed price before any work starts.
- 3
We build it, and you use it as we go.
You see it working at a live link from the first week. The first piece goes live in two to four weeks from the day we have your data.
- 4
We train your team and stay on call.
Thirty days of support are included. After that, monthly care is optional.
What you get
What every build includes.
A fixed price in writing
You get it after the first call, before any work starts. If you ask for more along the way, we price it before we build it.
Your code, your data
The code, the data and the accounts are in your name from day one. If we ever part ways, everything keeps working.
Training for your team
We train your team ourselves, on your own data, before you switch over.
Thirty days of support
Included after launch. After that, monthly care is optional.
Questions
What owners ask us.
What’s the difference between a custom ERP and NetSuite or Acumatica?
A package gives you every module on day one and asks your business to fit its process. A custom ERP starts with the one process that costs you the most time and grows from there, around the way you already work. It won’t out-feature a package. It fits better, costs less to run, and you own it.
Do we have to replace QuickBooks?
No. Your accounting stays in QuickBooks Online. We connect through Intuit’s public API: customers, invoices and payments flow across, and your accountant keeps working the way they do now.
How long does a custom ERP take?
The first working piece goes live in two to four weeks from the day we have your data. Most businesses have orders, inventory and invoicing running within a few months, one piece at a time.
What does it cost?
Every build is custom. You get a fixed price in writing after the first call, before any work starts, and a price for each piece before we build it.
Who owns the software and the data?
You do. The code, the data and the accounts are in your name from day one. If we ever part ways, everything keeps working.
What if we already run an ERP?
Then we usually build the part it doesn’t do well: a customer portal, a production board, a dispatch screen. It reads from your ERP and writes back only where you say so.

Twenty minutes with the person who builds it. You’ll leave knowing what we’d build first, or that a package is the better call.
