What it covers
What custom inventory software covers.
Updated by the work itself: receiving, picking and counting. Nobody re-types a spreadsheet.
What’s on hand, live
Stock by item, location and lot, updated as orders come in and goods are received.
Receiving from a phone
Receive against the purchase order, scan or type the lot and expiry, put it away. Done in the aisle.
Lots and expiry
First-expiry-first-out picking, and a hold on anything short-dated or quarantined.
Running low, before it’s out
Reorder points by item, with suggested purchase orders based on what actually sells.
Available to promise
What you can commit to an order today, after what’s already allocated.
Connected
Orders in, invoices out, and stock values to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s API.
It connects to what you already use: your inbox, your spreadsheets, Shopify, and QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s public API.
QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.

Our clients’ systems are private, so we built two full demos on sample data. They’re live, not screenshots.
Who it’s for
Is this a fit?
A good fit
Distributors and manufacturers of roughly 5 to 200 people whose stock lives in a spreadsheet or an accounting add-on that doesn’t match the shelf.
Not a fit
If you run several warehouses with wave picking and conveyor automation, a full WMS is the right call. We’ll tell you on the first call.
How a build goes
One piece at a time.
Each piece has a fixed price in writing before we start. You talk to the person who builds it, from the first call to launch.
- 1
A 20-minute call.
Tell us where the time goes. If software isn’t the answer, we’ll say so.
- 2
We map one process.
The one that costs you the most time, written down with you, with a fixed price before any work starts.
- 3
We build it, and you use it as we go.
You see it working at a live link from the first week. The first piece goes live in two to four weeks from the day we have your data.
- 4
We train your team and stay on call.
Thirty days of support are included. After that, monthly care is optional.
What you get
What every build includes.
A fixed price in writing
You get it after the first call, before any work starts. If you ask for more along the way, we price it before we build it.
Your code, your data
The code, the data and the accounts are in your name from day one. If we ever part ways, everything keeps working.
Training for your team
We train your team ourselves, on your own data, before you switch over.
Thirty days of support
Included after launch. After that, monthly care is optional.
Questions
What owners ask us.
What’s wrong with QuickBooks inventory or a spreadsheet?
Nothing, until the shelf and the screen disagree. Spreadsheets drift because they’re typed by hand; accounting add-ons track value, not lots, locations or expiry. Custom inventory software is updated by the work itself: receiving, picking and counting.
Can it handle lots and expiry dates?
Yes. Every receipt carries its lot and expiry, picking is first-expiry-first-out, and short-dated stock can be held automatically.
Do we need barcode scanners?
A phone camera is enough to start. Scanners can come later if the volume needs them.
Does it connect to QuickBooks Online?
Yes, through Intuit’s public API. We confirm on the first call what should connect. Your accounting stays where it is.
How long does it take?
The first working piece goes live in two to four weeks from the day we have your data. Bigger systems grow one piece at a time.
What does it cost?
Every build is custom. You get a fixed price in writing after the first call, before any work starts, and a price for each piece before we build it.
QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.
Tell us where your stock count goes wrong.
Twenty minutes with the person who builds it. You’ll leave knowing what we’d build first, or that you don’t need us.
