Jacksonville is a logistics city first. Product moves through the port and the rail yards into warehouses that serve the Southeast, and the distributors and manufacturers here are used to thinking in trucks and pallets. What they are usually not used to is software that fits: the order desk is still email and phone, and the systems that exist were built for the warehouse, not for the customer.

The customer side. A WMS knows where the pallet is; it rarely knows what the customer ordered, at what price, through which channel, or why the exception happened. A first build puts that in one queue and one portal, reading from the WMS where that is safe and writing back only where it is. It does not replace the WMS.
